If you are upgrading from a version prior to 14.2 then the following points apply:
ADVISORY NOTICE
Prior Release Upgrade Advisory Notices
Appropriate prior release upgrade advisory notices must be reviewed as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 14.2
In the event that one or more major releases are being skipped as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 14.2 - that is, whenever the upgrade is from ServiceScheduling 13.1 or any prior version - then all appropriate upgrade advisory notices for the versions being skipped must be reviewed as part of the upgrade process.

Pre-Upgrade Script
Following the introduction of Geocoding functionality into Scheduling it is critical to run the Pre-Upgrade Script AND resolve all warnings that the script may present related to polygon formats before starting the upgrade. The script can be obtained from ServicePower support.
