Upgrades from versions earlier than 13.0.5
If you are upgrading from a version prior to 13.0.5 then the following points apply:
ADVISORY NOTICE
SQL Script Execution Required to resolve issue SCH-16045
As part of upgrading to ServiceScheduling 13.0.5, an optional SQL script may need to be manually executed.
Users of ServiceScheduling upgrading to ServiceScheduling 13.0.5 who are experiencing the SCH-16045 issue will need to manually execute a SQL script as part of the upgrade process to ensure the issue is resolved.
The required script can be found in the following location.
MS SQL Server Users
\server\database\SQLServer\load\virtual.jobDisplacement.sql
Oracle Users
\server\database\Oracle\load\virtual.jobDisplacement.sql
