Upgrade Advisory Notice
Upgrades from versions earlier than 13.5
If you are upgrading from a version prior to 13.5 then the following points apply:
ADVISORY NOTICE
Prior Release Upgrade Advisory Notices
Appropriate prior release upgrade advisory notices must be reviewed as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 13.5
In the event that one or more major releases are being skipped as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 13.5 - that is, whenever the upgrade is from ServiceScheduling 13.1 or any prior version - then all appropriate upgrade advisory notices for the versions being skipped must be reviewed as part of the upgrade process.

Change to Login Details
Following the introduction of SSO and additional security changes it is no longer possible to have matching usernames and passwords. Please ensure all usernames/passwords are updated before upgrading.
