Upgrade Advisory Notice
Upgrades from versions earlier than 13.0
If you are upgrading from a version prior to 13.0 then the following points apply:
ADVISORY NOTICE
Job Rebook Push Notification Type Change
The Type used for Job Rebook Push Notifications has changed in ServiceScheduling 13.0, from "2", to "9".
Users of ServiceScheduling upgrading to ServiceScheduling 13.0 who integrate their systems will need to address this value change if they integrate with Job Rebook Push Notifications.
ADVISORY NOTICE
ServiceGANTT Protocol Change
The protocol used for communications with the ServiceGANTT client has changed in ServiceScheduling 13.0
Users of ServiceScheduling upgrading to ServiceScheduling 13.0 are required to update all ServiceGANTT clients to the version included in ServiceScheduling 13.0.

Prior Release Upgrade Advisory Notices
Appropriate prior release upgrade advisory notices must be reviewed as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 13.0
In the event that one or more major releases are being skipped as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 13.0 - that is, whenever the upgrade is from ServiceScheduling 12.0 or any prior version - then all appropriate upgrade advisory notices for the versions being skipped must be reviewed as part of the upgrade process.
