Upgrades from versions earlier than 12.1
If you are upgrading from a version prior to 12.1 then the following points apply:
ADVISORY NOTICE
Prior Release Upgrade Advisory Notices
Appropriate prior release upgrade advisory notices must be reviewed as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 12.1
In the event that one or more major releases are being skipped as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 12.1 - that is, whenever the upgrade is from ServiceScheduling 11.5 or any prior version - then all appropriate upgrade advisory notices for the versions being skipped must be reviewed as part of the upgrade process.
