Upgrade Advisory Notice
Upgrades from versions earlier than 13.2
If you are upgrading from a version prior to 13.2 then the following points apply:
ADVISORY NOTICE
ServiceGANTT Diagnostics Logging Not Working
As a result of the urgent need to release an update to address the log4j security issue, the decision was made to release ServiceScheduling 13.2, even though the log4j security update means that ServiceGANTT's additional diagnostic logging is no longer being generated.
This issue will be resolved in a future release of ServiceScheduling.
ADVISORY NOTICE
Prior Release Upgrade Advisory Notices
Appropriate prior release upgrade advisory notices must be reviewed as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 13.2
In the event that one or more major releases are being skipped as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 13.2 - that is, whenever the upgrade is from ServiceScheduling 13.0 or any prior version - then all appropriate upgrade advisory notices for the versions being skipped must be reviewed as part of the upgrade process.
