Activity Codes

Rules

The following activity codes are fixed by ServiceMobility - only the descriptions can be customized.

That is:

  • The activity codes can not be deleted;
  • New activity codes can not be added; and
  • The descriptions of the activity codes may be updated, but this will not change the meaning of the activity codes - only the text that is presented for those codes.

1001

Open

The timecard is open allowing new time entry records to be created for the period and existing time entry records to be modified.

1002

Submitted

The timecard has been submitted for approval. No new time entry records can be created for the period and existing time entry records, for the period, can not be modified.

1003

Declined

The timecard has been declined. New time entry records can be created for the timecard period and existing time entry records, for the period, can be modified.

1004

Approved

The timecard has been approved. No new time entry records can be created for the period and existing time entry records, for the period, can not be modified.
