This system category contains the types of user actions. These user actions provide a mechanism to capture extra information. Each user action can have one or more Flex Forms attached to collect information.

Activity Codes

Rules

The following activity codes are fixed by ServiceMobility - only the descriptions can be customized.

That is:

  • The activity codes can not be deleted;
  • New activity codes can not be added; and
  • The descriptions of the activity codes may be updated, but this will not change the meaning of the activity codes - only the text that is presented for those codes.
