Rules
The following activity codes are user configurable.
However, the activity code(s) marked as Reserved can can not be deleted, although their description can be changed.
Otherwise:
- Activity codes from the defaults shown below (that are not marked as Reserved) can be deleted; and
- New activity codes can be added.
Codes

| CI | No | Repair Shop Identifies the repair location as a repair shop |
| COMM | No | Commercial Identifies the repair location as a commercial location |
| DPT | No | Depot Identifies the repair location as a depot |
| HD | No | Help Desk Identifies the repair location as help desk |
| IH | No | In Home Identifies the repair location as a home |
