Activity Codes

The following activity codes are user configurable.

However, the activity code(s) marked as Reserved can can not be deleted, although their description can be changed.

Otherwise:

Activity codes from the defaults shown below (that are not marked as Reserved) can be deleted; and
New activity codes can be added.

Activity Code	Reserved	Description
CI	No	Repair Shop Identifies the repair location as a repair shop
COMM	No	Commercial Identifies the repair location as a commercial location
DPT	No	Depot Identifies the repair location as a depot
HD	No	Help Desk Identifies the repair location as help desk
IH	No	In Home Identifies the repair location as a home
