ServiceOps - Work Order Status Codes

This system category contains activity codes that identify the current status of a ServiceOperations work order.

Activity Codes

Rules

The following activity codes are fixed by ServiceMobility - only the descriptions can be customized.

That is:

  • The activity codes can not be deleted;
  • New activity codes can not be added; and
  • The descriptions of the activity codes may be updated, but this will not change the meaning of the activity codes - only the text that is presented for those codes.

1OpenThis is a new work order.
6En RouteThe technician is en route (traveling) to the customer location.
7OnsiteThe technician has arrive onsite as the customer location.
8Travel completeThe technician has completed travel to the location although they may not yet be onsite. This can happen when the technician has to park a far distance away from the actual service location.
9AcceptedThe work order is in a pending status awaiting the technician to either accept or reject it.
1001RejectedThe technician has rejected the work order.
4096CompletedThe technician has completed the work order and marked it as completed.
4097RescheduledThe technician has marked the work order as rescheduled.
