Activity Codes
Rules
The following activity codes are fixed by ServiceMobility - only the descriptions can be customized.
That is:
- The activity codes can not be deleted;
- New activity codes can not be added; and
- The descriptions of the activity codes may be updated, but this will not change the meaning of the activity codes - only the text that is presented for those codes.
Codes
Activity Code | Description | Notes |
---|---|---|
1 | Open | This is a new work order. |
6 | En Route | The technician is en route (traveling) to the customer location. |
7 | Onsite | The technician has arrive onsite as the customer location. |
8 | Travel complete | The technician has completed travel to the location although they may not yet be onsite. This can happen when the technician has to park a far distance away from the actual service location. |
9 | Accepted | The work order is in a pending status awaiting the technician to either accept or reject it. |
1001 | Rejected | The technician has rejected the work order. |
4096 | Completed | The technician has completed the work order and marked it as completed. |
4097 | Rescheduled | The technician has marked the work order as rescheduled. |
