Work Order In-Warranty Selection Reason Codes

This system category contains activity codes that identify reasons for a work order to be considered warranty work order. The ability to allow a technician to convert a work order to a warranty work order is optional. The in-warranty selection reason codes are optional.

Rules

This is an optional system category. If not required, then it is permitted to delete all codes / not define any codes.

The following activity codes are fully user configurable.

That is:

  • Activity codes from the defaults shown below can be deleted; and
  • New activity codes can be added.
