This system category contains activity codes that identify reason for a returned part. The ability to allow a mobile worker to enter a reason for returned part is optional. The parts return reason codes are optional.

Rules

This is an optional system category. If not required, then it is permitted to delete all codes / not define any codes.

The following activity codes are fully user configurable.

That is:

  • Activity codes from the defaults shown below can be deleted; and
  • New activity codes can be added.
