The skills system category is used to define a list of skills that a mobile worker might have and a work order requires. If a work order contains a list of skills the system will, by default, only show a list of mobile workers that have the required skills. 

If using Optimization-on-Demand, then it is highly recommended to configure the skills, then associated them to the proper mobile workers.

Activity Codes

Rules

This is an optional system category. If not required, then it is permitted to delete all codes / not define any codes.

The following activity codes are fully user configurable.

That is:

  • Activity codes from the defaults shown below can be deleted; and
  • New activity codes can be added.

Codes

There are no default Skills codes defined in the system.
