This system category contains activity codes that identify the current dispatch status of the work order.

  • ${DGroupID} - The Deployment group identifier. The default group identifier is: Default

Activity Codes

Rules

The following activity codes are fixed by ServiceMobility - only the descriptions can be customized.

That is:

  • The activity codes can not be deleted;
  • New activity codes can not be added; and
  • The descriptions of the activity codes may be updated, but this will not change the meaning of the activity codes - only the text that is presented for those codes.

1Scheduled

Work order has been assigned a start date but no technician.

2AssignedWork order has been assigned to a technician however, no start date has been selected.
3DispatchedThe work order has been assigned a scheduled start time, technician, and has been dispatched to the technician's device.
