External (3rd Party) REST APIs

This sections contains REST APIs that requires the Customer to implement and make a set of REST APIs available to ServiceMobility. These REST APIs will adhere to requirements defined in each individual API to work seamlessly with ServiceMobility. 

ServiceMobility will automatically forward the request to the Customer via the exposed REST APIs in the event the Customer has been configured to use External (3rd party) REST APIs.
