About ServiceBroker 5  

ServiceBroker 5 is ServicePower's industry leading systems integration solution. It provides a REST API driven mechanism for integrating different systems, providing:

• A single, programmatic point of entry for searching for, and booking, work items; and
• A powerful change monitoring and notification mechanism, to allow integrated systems to be informed about relevant changes that occur in other systems.

ServiceBroker 5 is generally provisioned as a SaaS solution for ServicePower customers.
