Decline Estimate Reason Codes

The system category activity codes identify the reason why customer declined an estimate. The ability to allow a customer to decline an estimate is optional. The decline estimate reason codes are optional.

Activity Codes

Rules

This is an optional system category. If not required, then it is permitted to delete all codes / not define any codes.

The following activity codes are fully user configurable.

That is:

  • Activity codes from the defaults shown below can be deleted; and
  • New activity codes can be added.

Codes

There are no default Decline Estimate Reason codes defined in the system.
