This system category defines activity codes for marking ordered parts that have been shipped to as either having been received, or not received, by the technician.

Activity Codes

Rules

The following activity codes are fixed by ServiceMobility - only the descriptions can be customized.

That is:

  • The activity codes can not be deleted;
  • New activity codes can not be added; and
  • The descriptions of the activity codes may be updated, but this will not change the meaning of the activity codes - only the text that is presented for those codes.
