This system category contains activity codes of the available message types. IVR Message Type Codes are optional.

Rules

This is an optional system category. If not required, then it is permitted to delete all codes / not define any codes.

The following activity codes are fully user configurable.

That is:

  • Activity codes from the defaults shown below can be deleted; and
  • New activity codes can be added.

There are no default IVR Message Types codes defined in the system.
