Activity Object Types

This system category contains the types of activities that can show up on a technician schedule that are not work orders. Example activities are breaks, meetings, training, etc.

Don't confuse System Category Activity Codes with the Activity object itself.

Activity Codes

Rules

The following activity codes are fixed by ServiceMobility - only the descriptions can be customized.

That is:

  • The activity codes can not be deleted;
  • New activity codes can not be added; and
  • The descriptions of the activity codes may be updated, but this will not change the meaning of the activity codes - only the text that is presented for those codes.
