New Features
NEW Adjust Inventory
The Large Form Factor version of ServiceMobility now allows the technician to manually adjust their vehicle inventory. This can be done by navigating to the view inventory screen and tapping the "Adjust" button in line with the part whose quantity is to be adjusted.

NEW Non-Discountable Product
ServiceMobility now provides the ability to specify that a product may not be discounted. Marking a part as non-discountable will prevent discounts, warranties, and concessions to be applied to that part. This can be done by adding NonDiscountable = true in the Product Object.
Application Changes
CHANGED Inclusion of the appointment search request details are now saved within the ApptSearchRequest field in work order JSON payload. This is now saved only when the user taps the "Search" button on the Book Follow-up Call screen.
CHANGED ServiceMobility now supports iOS 13.
ESB Release Notes
CHANGED Modified the Work Order REST API and Work Order Export API to add the ApptSearchRequest field. This will hold the raw request from the Appointment Search API when the technician books a follow-up call.
CHANGED Modified the Work Order REST API to add support to integrate with ServiceClaims. A Claims Object has been added as well as a ServiceProvider Object.
CHANGED Modified the Products Object to add the NonDiscountable flag. This will control whether or not a product may be discounted through service contracts, warranties, concessions or discounts.
CHANGED Modified the Inventory Usage Export API to a usage type of 1008 for manual inventory adjustments. This will be stored in the RefModule field.
Issues Resolved
FIXED Resolved an issue causing the last call on the route map to not display when at least one activity was on the schedule for the day.
FIXED Resolved an issue where Parts Locator functionality was not working.
FIXED Resolved an issue where a duplicate copy of invoices was getting emailed.
