Introduction

This document contains the high-level release notes for ServiceMobility 3.37.0.

The release notes are grouped by the major ServiceMobility components: Mobile Application, ESB Integration, and Web Management Console. Please refer to the specific product documentation for complete details, examples, use cases and configuration information.

This release primarily focused on adding new functionality and bug fixes to the ServiceMobility mobile application.

About this Release

This release represents a major improvement to the ESB and major and mostly minor improvements to the mobile application.

Mobile Application Release Notes

NEW The user may now add concessions to a work order

NEW Forms are now supported within the asset functionality within the large form factor functionality

FIXED ServiceMobility now supports encoded links to be added to the FlexViews

NEW The Stock Level Recommendation Process is now available within the large form factor version of ServiceMobility

NEW The Totals have now been added to the Site History Details, Asset History Details, and Line Items pages.

ESB Release Notes

CHANGED The rule CanUseConcessions was added to the WorkOrder REST API to support the concessions process.

CHANGED FlexViews are now supported within the StockLevelRecommendation API.
