Before you start the upgrade...

  1. Ensure that all connections to the ServiceOptimizer schema are closed.
  2. Backup your schema and data.
To upgrade your database follow these steps (in the order given)...
  1. Run the Pre-Upgrade Script on your schema.
  2. Update Your Database.
