Technology

Technology Update

The ServiceScheduling 12 release incorporates a number of key updates to the core technologies used by the solution, and to the operating systems & databases supported. In particular:

  • Support for Windows 2019 has been added.
  • Support for MS SQL Server 2019 has been added to both ServiceOptimizer and ServiceManager.
  • Support for Oracle 19c has been added to both ServiceOptimizer and ServiceManager.
  • ServiceManager, and the ServicePlanner and ServiceAnalytics modules, have been upgraded to use updated versions of Java and Tomcat.
  • The version of GSoap used has been updated.
