14.1 Local Knowledge

An Employee has Local Knowledge either expressed as ranges of travel time, or as certain regions within the FRU. He can have various levels of Local Knowledge. If there is no LK then the Optimizer treats it as a hard constraint and will not schedule the employee. Where there is LK then the level of LK contributes to the costing of the schedule.
