This table defines predefined Service Hours Patterns for SLA and Maintenance jobs. See sp140_job_serv_hours_patterns for more detail on Service Hours.


 The predefined Service Hours Patterns defined in this table can be specified by a caller of SP_BookJob() as an alternative to supplying the full Service Hours Pattern in the call.


 The Service Hours for each day-of-the-week are defined in table sp143_predef_sh_pattern_days.

Column Descriptions

FieldDescription
pattern_id The unique identifier for this Service Hours Pattern. Passed to ServiceOptimizer via the API when the job is booked.
pattern_name Deprecated - Description for this Service Hours Pattern.  A memorable name for this SH pattern.
grace_periodRepresented as a number of minutes. Defaults to zero.
field_idKey to language translations for pattern_name.
