Requirements

This group of tables contains all of the data captured about jobs as they are booked. They include a number of tables that hold copies of data from other tables i.e. they hold the actual instantiation of the usage of a job type etc, and hence the actual skill requirement for that job type at the time the related job was booked - this MAY now be different than those currently held elsewhere.
