_ServiceOps Work Order Status Codes Activity Codes

Activity Code	Description	Notes
1	Open	This is a new work order.
6	En Route	The technician is en route (traveling) to the customer location.
7	Onsite	The technician has arrive onsite as the customer location.
8	Travel complete	The technician has completed travel to the location although they may not yet be onsite. This can happen when the technician has to park a far distance away from the actual service location.
9	Accepted	The work order is in a pending status awaiting the technician to either accept or reject it.
1001	Rejected	The technician has rejected the work order.
4096	Completed	The technician has completed the work order and marked it as completed.
4097	Rescheduled	The technician has marked the work order as rescheduled.
