FRU Rebooking

ServiceScheduling now supports the rebooking of both appointments and SLAs from one FRU to another and the ability to evaluate the current FRU selection against alternatives.

Increased User IDs

For customers using long User IDs we now support up to 256 Characters.

Polygon Region Assignment

A change in the way Scheduling handles bookings made with latitude/longitude results in more accurate region assignment.
