The soap section of theProperties File specifies values which enable ServiceSWAT to access the ServiceOptimizer SOAP services.
Parameter | Description |

| The SOAP URL for the ServiceSWAT ServiceScheduling instance. |
| The host that ServiceOptimizer is running on. Note this must be the machine name and not ‘localhost’. |
| ServiceScheduling user name used to ‘log on’ when making API call. Note, if this user does not exist then it will be created. |
| Password for above user. |
| SOAP URL for production system. Note: If you are not allowing users to update production directly (through SOAP call) then this should be left empty. |
| Production ServiceScheduling database username. |
| Production ServiceScheduling user name used to ‘log on’ when making API call. Leave blank if direct production update is not allowed. |
| Password for above user. Leave blank if direct production update is not allowed. |
