14.1 Build and Test Environments
This page provides an overview of the environments that have been used to build and test ServiceScheduling.
Server Component
The versions of system software used to test this release were:

For security purposes we test against the latest browser versions (with Hardware Acceleration enabled). If you are on a dated browser version please contact us for any queries around support for that version.
The ServiceScheduling web applications are supported on Windows 2012, Windows 2012 R2, Windows 10, and Windows 2019.
Notes:
ServiceAnalytics has been developed and tested using Crystal Reports XII (2008) Release 2, Developer Edition.

ServiceScheduling is supported when using Oracle 12c or 19c, and SQL Server 2012, 2014, or 2019.
SOAP Interfaces
The SOAP interfaces have been generated using SOAP 2.8.96.
