tz_std	Standard time abbreviation
tz_std_offset_h	Hour offset from UTC

tz_TZ_value	System-specific time zone string. Will be assigned to the environment variable TZ. POSIX.1 format.
tz_dst_rule	Indicator that DST and rule fields are to be used
tz_dst	Daylight Saving Time abbreviation
tz_dst_offset_h	DST hour offset from UTC
tz_dst_offset_m	DST minute offset from UTC
tz_dst_offset_s	DST second offset from UTC
tz_rule_todst_dm	Month to change to DST
tz_rule_todst_dw	Week to change to DST
tz_rule_todst_dd	Day of week to change to DST
