Upgrade Process

To upgrade ServiceManager:

Uninstall the current version of ServiceManager.
Install the new version of ServiceManager.

If upgrading from a version of ServiceManager from a previous major release of ServiceScheduling, please use the ServiceManager, ServicePlanner and ServiceAnalytics uninstall steps from that version of ServiceScheduling before installing the new version of ServiceManager.
