Upgrades from versions earlier than 11.2
If you are upgrading from a version prior to 11.2 then the following points apply:
ADVISORY NOTICE
Mandatory Travel Matrix Upgrade
The Travel Matrix must be upgraded as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 11.2.
ServiceScheduling 11.2.0 includes a user interface mapping performance improvement in ServicePlanner, which depends on an update in the Travel Matrix data.
As a result, upgrading from prior versions of ServiceScheduling must install an updated version the Travel Matrix as part of the upgrade process.
ADVISORY NOTICE
Outbound Internet Access for ServicePlanner Users
Outbound access to Here Maps required for ServicePlanner users in ServiceScheduling 11.2.
ServiceScheduling 11.2.0 includes a user interface mapping update ServicePlanner to use Here Maps (in line with the update to Here Maps for the Point to Point travel time estimates system in ServiceScheduling 11.1.0).
As a result, users of ServicePlanner must have outbound access to the Here Maps website for mapping to work as of this release.

Prior Release Upgrade Advisory Notices
Appropriate prior release upgrade advisory notices must be reviewed as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 11.2.
In the event that one or more major releases are being skipped as part of the upgrade to ServiceScheduling 11.2 - that is, whenever the upgrade is from ServiceScheduling 11.0 or any prior version - then all appropriate upgrade advisory notices for the versions being skipped must be reviewed as part of the upgrade process.
