2022-06-15 Production Release
ServicePower is proud to announce the 2022-06-15 release of Web Gantt, with the following new features and bug fixes.
NEW | Shift Override |
Shift and break times can now be overridden using a new tab on the resources window. Double click on a resource to open their resource window and navigate to the shift tab. Within that tab is a calendar function from which to select an individual date. For each date the start and end times of the shift can be modified as well as determining if the shift can be included in the capacity management for the day and if all day jobs can be scheduled to the shift. Breaks can be managed from this display, adding and removing them and changing the window in which they occur. They are not allowed to overlap or break through the shift start and end times. Shift and Break times can be restored to the underlying shift pattern.
NEW | Overlapping Work Items |
Items that overlap on the Gantt will display as a cross-hatch that can be right-clicked to expand the Gantt row allowing all work items to be displayed.
NEW | Time Zone Display |
Any work items that are located outside of the FRU time zone will display an optional toggle which will switch the times displayed on the work item between the FRU time zone and the local time zone of the work item
NEW | Resources View Enhancements |
The Resources View will now display three dynamic bars which display time planned/taken for each resource and day on the Gantt. The top bar displays travel time, the middle bar displays work and break times and the bottom bar displays non-work items (Standard Activity) time. The text display can be switched between time and % of shift. The color of the bars is denoted as a percentage of the overall shift to assist in identifying total utilization.
