Pre-requisites

The following pre-requisites should be available before ServicePower RJServer is installed:

• Supported Operating System
• Routing J Server Road Network Data

Supported Operating Systems are:

• Sun Solaris 10 SPARC
• Windows Server 2008 x64
• Windows Server 2012 x64

Note: The installer requires the location of the Road Network Data files so please have these at hand before performing the installation.

Assumptions

It is assumed that the installer has a working knowledge of:

• The operating systems of choice.
• Apache Tomcat

It is assumed that the installer of ServicePower RJServer has an understanding of ServiceScheduling terms.
