Install ServiceAnalytics Upgrading and Uninstalling
Most ServiceAnalytics updates will get updated along with ServiceManager. Occasionally, some updates e.g. changes to the Reporting Engine (Crystal Reports™) will require an uninstall and then re-install of ServiceAnalytics. Follow the process described in the corresponding sections.
Upgrading ServiceAnalytics (Both versions)
Windows MSI Installer
If using the Windows MSI installer, then the installer is set-up so that ServiceManager can be uninstalled and reinstalled without interfering with any of its installed modules. As such, ServiceManager can be freely uninstalled and reinstalled without needing to re-run the ServiceAnalytics installer. The exception is if there is a need to move ServiceManager’s modules directory then ServiceAnalytics will need to be reinstalled to the new location.
In order for the new files to be properly detected by ServiceManager the application will need to be redeployed and restarted twice as described in Section 5.3.
ZIP Release Bundle
Reinstallation of ServiceManager can be made without requiring reinstallation of ServiceAnalytics, but care needs to be taken:

Windows MSI Installer
ServiceAnalytics is uninstalled using its MSI uninstaller. Simply click next on each page. In order for the removal to be properly detected by ServiceManager the application will need to be redeployed and restarted twice as described in Section 5.3.
ZIP Release Bundle
Uninstalling using the release bundle requires the removal of the ServiceAnalytics installation directory from under ServiceManager’s modules directory. .In order for the removal to be properly detected by ServiceManager the application will need to be redeployed and restarted twice as described in Section 5.3.
