Follow these steps to install your server...

  1. Start by Installing the Processes.

  2. Then Set up the Server Environment.

  3. Now Create or Upgrade the database.

  4. And now Install the Travel Matrix.

  5. Some parameters must be now be set up in the database tables sp083_system_parameters and entries in other tables are required to configure the system (i.e. database sp400_components, database sp401_component_hierarchy, database sp402_component_states and database sp406_monitors). See System Configuration in ServiceOptimizer Admin Guide.

  6. Finally Test your system.
