Uninstalling ServiceGANTT

ServiceGANTT is uninstalled by executing the ServiceGantt_install.exe application, and following the prompts presented by the Setup Wizard.

Uninstall Process

As with the installation of ServiceGANTT, the uninstall process for ServiceGANTT must be executed from a command line prompt that has been started with administrator privileges.

Step 1: Open Administrator Command Prompt

As noted above, the ServiceGantt_install.exe application must be executed from a command line prompt that has been started with administrator privileges (see Fig. 1).

Step 2: Run Installer

From within the command line prompt that has been started with administrator privileges, run the ServiceGantt_install.exe application. This will display the welcome screen for the Repair or Remove Installation Wizard (see Fig. 2).

Click on the Next button.

Step 3: Select Remove

On the Repair or Remove Installation screen (see Fig. 3), click on the Remove button, then click on the Next button.

Step 4: Remove ServiceGANTT

At this point, ServiceGANTT is ready to be uninstalled (see Fig. 4). This final dialog presents an opportunity to either completely cancel the uninstall, or to return to the preceding dialog.

When ready, click the Remove button to uninstall ServiceGANTT.

Step 5: Removing

At this point, the ServiceGANTT application will be uninstalled. The progress of the uninstall process will be shown (see Fig. 5).

Step 6: Uninstall Finished

Once the uninstall of ServiceGANTT is completed (see Fig. 6), click the Finish button.
