Admin ServiceOptimizer Further Detail Environment Variables

The following environment variables need to be in place, and correctly set for the paths etc where ServiceScheduling has been installed.

Variable	Used By	Description
`SPHOME`	All	The `SPHOME` environment variable is the directory where ServiceOptimizer is installed.
`PATH`	Operating system	The `PATH` environment variable is used by the operating system to search for ServiceOptimizer and Oracle binaries. The directories `$SPHOME\bin` and `$ORACLE_HOME\bin` must be present in `PATH`.
`LOCAL`	All programs which access the ServiceScheduling database: Oracle database only	The `LOCAL` environment variable is the name of the service (or section) in the `tnsnames.ora` file to be used by ServiceScheduling client programs.
