New Force Booking Options Added

The Integration ServiceOptimizer Request Appointments SOAP API, Integration ServiceOptimizer Book Appointment SOAP API, and Integration ServiceOptimizer Book Non-Appointment Job SOAP API endpoints have been updated to include new ignoreAvailable  and ignoreSkills  force booking options.

New Get Promise Set SOAP API Added

The Integration ServiceOptimizer Get Promise Sets SOAP API has been added to allow details of Promise Sets to be retrieved.

Optional Dispatch Status Parameter for Update Travel Status SOAP API

Updated the Integration ServiceOptimizer Update Travel Status SOAP API endpoint to document a new optional feature allowing the dispatch status at the time of updating travel status to be set.
