Build and Test Environments

This page provides an overview of the environments that have been used to build and test ServiceScheduling.

Server Component

The versions of system software used to test this release were:

Notes:

ServiceAnalytics has been developed and tested using Crystal Reports XII (2008) Release 2, Developer Edition. 

ServicePlanner has been developed and tested using MapInfo MapXtreme version 4.8.0.

ServiceScheduling is not supported on versions of Oracle prior to 12c.

Using compatibility mode 90. Please see the pre-requisite document for further details.

ServiceScheduling is not supported on versions of MS SQL Server prior to 2012.

SOAP Interfaces

The SOAP interfaces have been generated using SOAP 2.8.21.
