Install ServiceOptimizer Deploying ServiceOptimizer Installing the Travel Matrix

- Ensure a Travel Matrix is available.
- The
.tm2
file(s) from the DVD(s) need to be copied into a directory on the same machine as the ServiceOptimizer instance and the system must be configured for their use – see System Configuration in the ServiceOptimizer Admin Guide. ServicePower consultancy or Support can help with this exercise if required. - If there is already an existing Travel Matrix set up and you wish to upgrade to a newer version then follow the Install Instructions supplied with the Travel Matrix DVD.
- If the postcode TravelMatrix is also to be used follow the instructions included in the RJServer_Install_Guide. Once installed, the system must be configured to use this matrix. Again, see System Configuration in the ServiceOptimizer Admin Guide.
Please inform the ServicePower Customer Care Team on installation of a new Travel Matrix. This will assist in keeping our records up to date and will help us to provide an efficient support service.
Where can I get a Travel Matrix?
Separate Travel Matrix DVDs for each geography will have been provided, by ServicePower, for each Geography in use.
