Optional ability to return employee name details

With the release of ServiceScheduling 9.4.0.1, it is now possible to provide a new, optional parameter to the Get Job SOAP API, which, when supplied with value true, will return the details of the job's allocated employee name, surname.

Please note that the above functionality, introduced in ServiceScheduling 9.4.0.1:

• Is not yet available in the ServiceScheduling 10 series; and
• Only became available in ServiceScheduling 11 with the release of ServiceScheduling 11.0.1.
