Mapping Features Update

With the release of ServiceScheduling 11.4.0, when ServiceScheduling is configured to be integrated with a 3rd party GPS tracking service, ServiceGANTT users  can now:

• Load the interactive mapping system directly from ServiceGANTT;
• Find the nearest operative to a selected job; and
• View the route an operative took to get to a selected job and compare that with the planned route.

This functionality is a migration of the existing functionality to use our new mapping provider, HERE Technologies

Operative Photos

With the release of ServiceScheduling 11.4.0, ServiceManager now supports the ability to upload a photo of an operative, which is then displayed on appropriate UI screens related to that operative.

Pausing Jobs

The new Integration ServiceOptimizer Set Pause Job SOAP API added in ServiceSchudling 11.4.0 allows in-progress jobs to be paused when required.

Schedule Cost Breakdown

With the release of ServiceScheduling 11.4.0,  the Request Appointments SOAP API and Request Multi-Job Appointments SOAP API have been updated with a new optional parameter which allows for Schedule Cost Breakdown information to be returned as part of the API responses.
