Mobile Application Release Notes

NEW  ServiceMobility now provides full Single Sign-on support, even when ServiceScheduling utilizes a different ID.

NEW When performing a product lookup within the wrapped application, the intellitype search results sometimes get out of sync with the search criteria resulting in an incorrect result set.  We have added a refresh button so that the user may quickly refresh the results so they do not have to back out and retype the catalog item.

NEW ServiceMobility now supports French Canadian.

FIXED Fixed an issue in the wrapped application where the work order alert box was obscured by the service code window when a notification results from a selected service code.

FIXED The work order estimate is now cleared when copying a work order within the mobile application.

ESB Release Notes

Asset Model Number Field Now Available within Invoice and Estimate Templates

NEW Added support to access the Asset Model Number field via the invoice and estimate template.

Stock Level Recommendation REST Export API

NEW This API provides the groundwork for the upcoming mobile feature allowing a mobile user to provide input on back-office generated stock level recommendations (release date TBD).

Work Order REST API

FIXED Fixed an issue where the Work Order REST API would incorrectly return a 200 status code (success) when accessing the API on HTTP (rather than the required HTTPS) even though the work order was not saved to the system of record.

FIXED Fixed an issue where acknowledged work orders retained status when rescheduled to a different technician in ServiceScheduling.

Mobile Data Extract

FIXED Fixed issue where service code and work order alert updates weren't automatically getting sent to the mobile device.
