The Deployment Group REST API is used mange deployment groups and mobile application configurations for deployment groups.

There is always a Default deployment group that can not be deleted from the system.

It is not required to create separate mobile configuration for each new deployment group that is created. If a deployment group does not have a specific mobile configuration defined it will automatically inherit form the Default deployment group.
