On attempt to login to
- https://my.servicepower.com/
- ServiceDispatch - https://fss.servicepower.com
- ServiceClaims US - https://claimworks.servicepower.com
- ServiceClaims UK - https://fsse.servicepower.com
- ServiceClaims Europe - https://claims-eu.servicepower.com
User receives error 'Account is Disabled' or 'Password has expired'
Solution
Please click on the 'Forgot Password' link:
ServiceDispatch / ServiceClaims
- Enter your Servicepower username
- Click Reset password
This will then send a secure, one time link note containing your account password to the e-mail address registed to the user account.
