The services section of the Properties File contains The services section of theProperties File specifies values relating to the ServiceOptimizer and ServiceManager Servicesservices; they enable these Services services to be controlled through the ServiceSWAT Console console if they and the ServiceSWAT Console console are all installed on the same server.
If these components services are installed on a different machine then this section can be ignored.
