The soap section of the Properties File contains values which enable SWAT to access the ServiceOptimizer SOAP Services.
Parameter | Description |

URL | The SOAP URL for the SWAT ServiceScheduling instance |
hostname | The host that ServiceOptimizer is running on. Note this must be the machine name and not ‘localhost’. |
user | ServiceScheduling user name used to ‘log on’ when making API call. Note, if this user does not exist then it will be created |
userpassword | Password for above user |
ProdURL | SOAP URL for production system. Note: If you are not allowing users to update production directly (through soap call) then this should be left empty. |
Prod_username | Production ServiceScheduling database username |
Produser | Production ServiceScheduling user name used to ‘log on’ when making API call. Leave blank if direct production update is not allowed |
Produserpassword | Password for above user. Leave blank if direct production update is not allowed |
